Accepted payment methods

Muebles Chicano currently accepts:

Visa
Mastercard

Additional payment methods may be displayed at checkout if available.

Currency and taxes

All prices are shown in euros (€). Product prices include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before the customer confirms the order.

Shipping costs at checkout
Orders of €120 or more: free standard shipping.
Orders below €120: flat €15 standard shipping fee.
Payment authorization and charge

When an order is placed, the payment method may be authorized or charged for the total order amount according to the checkout process used by the payment provider.

An order may still be subject to acceptance, stock availability, payment verification, address verification, and fraud-prevention checks. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the unavailable or cancelled order will be refunded.

Payment security

Payments are processed through third-party payment systems. Muebles Chicano does not store full card numbers on its own website systems.

Fraud prevention

Muebles Chicano may refuse, cancel, or hold an order where there is a reasonable concern about unauthorized payment use, incorrect billing information, suspected fraud, or other security issues.

If an order is cancelled for these reasons after payment has been collected, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method where possible.

Billing information

Customers must provide accurate billing and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent order processing.
